Our firm

Exalys Audit & Expertise is a firm of Chartered Accountants and Statutory Auditors registered with the association of chartered accountants of Paris (l'Ordre des Experts Comptables) as well as the national external auditing body, the Compagnie Nationale des Commissaires aux Comptes (CNCC) of Paris.

Although we are located in the heart of Paris, we undertake assignments throughout France, bringing in local resources if necessary. Because it's important to know the environment in which our clients' businesses function, we prefer to meet them locally.

Our expertise allows us to take on projects not only for large companies, using the same working methods as large accountancy practices, but also for small and medium sized businesses, with which we develop a relationship of confidence and put at their disposition a number of IT tools (expenses management software, invoicing, access to the accounts via our Internet portal).

We help our clients with their accounting and bookkeeping. This accounting assistance covers both the accounting and fiscal aspect (tax declarations and advice) together with the social aspect (staff payroll and social security returns).

Exalys Audit & Expertise can also play a major part in the helping with the creation of a business, suggesting solutions best suited to the specific needs of their clients.

Our firm can help businesses with advice in many areas such as taxation, company law and asset management; in partnership, where necessary, with specialised experts. Our firm can also carry out all audit and statutory audit assignments. The audit can be ongoing or an ad hoc review, legal or contractual, full or partial, in conformity with the regulations and professional standards.
